SALES POLICY: Atlas Trailer Coach Products Ltd. reserves the right to determine who qualifies to purchase goods from us. Possession of our catalog or price list does not constitute a wholesale account.
TERMS: Payment is due on the 10th of the following month to established accounts. A 2% per month service charge will be added to overdue accounts.
ORDERING: Office Hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Specify part number and quantity required. Part numbers that begin with “O” prefix indicate Atlas Carded Products. Online Ordering: All quantities are subject to change without notice.
PRICING: All prices are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
SHIPPING POLICY: Orders will be shipped by the most economical route, unless specific shipping instructions have been discussed with the customer. All orders are shipped F.O.B. our nearest warehouse or prepaid and charged on invoice. Truck orders totaling $800.00 or more will be shipped prepaid freight our nearest warehouse. Courier orders totaling $500.00 or more will be shipped prepaid freight. Does not include Yukon or Northwest Territories. Anti-Freeze shipments are excluded from our freight policy.
“HOT SHOT” SERVICE: Atlas offers a door to door air freight service for a $15.00 shipping charge. Place your order at your local Atlas branch and order can be shipped from any Atlas branch across Canada. Item(s) must be able to fit into a courier Soft Pack (Excellent for service parts). Major service points are overnight, but are not guaranteed.
INSURANCE: Appliances and Awnings are recommended to be insured. Declared value insurance is available upon request at the customers expense.
CLAIMS POLICY: Shipments must be thoroughly inspected upon delivery with any damages or piece shortages reported to the carrier at that time. Atlas is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Claims for any shortage or errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY: All returns must receive an “RGA” (Returned Goods Authorization) number prior to return. All returns must be shipped prepaid freight and accompanied with a copy of the RGA form and a copy of the invoice they were purchased on. Special order items, No Part Number (NPN) and ‘7000’ part number series, are Non-Returnable. Goods returned within two weeks of the invoice date are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Goods returned within six months of the invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Goods purchased after six months of invoice date are non-returnable. It is the sole discretion of Atlas whether to accept goods and what the restocking charge or offer to purchase goods will be. Goods accepted for return must be in original packaging, unmarked and in resaleable condition.
